Shipping policy

Shipping:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated by weight at checkout (from $10–$18).

  • Express Shipping: Calculated by weight at checkout (from $12–$28).

  • Free Shipping: Available on all Australian orders over $200 AUD (standard shipping)

Specialist Print Partners

Personalit-tees, Defined Long Sleeved Tees and selected other products are produced by one of our specialist print partners and may be shipped separately due to alternative printing methods and stock availability.

To keep things simple, a shipping contribution of $7.50 for the first item and just $0.50 for each additional item applies to these products. This contribution is automatically combined at checkout with shipping for any other items in your order. Standard and Express shipping are charged at the same rate for these products.

Because some items are produced by different suppliers, your order may arrive in more than one package. Any shipping contributions are combined at checkout so you only pay once.
