Refund policy

Help, I've ordered the wrong size, item, or put the wrong shipping address

• Oh no, this is a bit tricky. As the items are printed to order and managed directly by our suppliers we have a very limited time to jump in and and intercept.
  
• You need to let us know within 12-24 hours and we will do our very best to help. But once the order goes into production we are unable to change anything so please make sure you review your order carefully before hitting the final button.

Do you refund or exchange?

• Unfortunately due to the custom nature of the products, we are unable to refund or exchange for change of mind, incorrect size or wrong colour ordered.
  
  
• If however, the order received is incorrect, damaged or faulty please contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving your order. Depending on the fault, we have solutions that we can implement.
