Shipping

Shipping charges are a contribution toward the actual cost of producing and delivering your made-to-order items. We cover part of these costs wherever possible to keep shipping simple, transparent and as affordable as we can.

• Standard Shipping: Shipping contributions are based on the size and weight of your order (from $10–$18).
  
• Express Shipping: Shipping contributions are based on the size and weight of your order (from $12–$28).
  
• Free Shipping: Available on all Australian orders over $200 AUD (standard shipping)

Specialist Print Partners

Some collections are produced by one of our specialist Australian print partners. This allows us to offer unique products, printing techniques and garment styles while keeping everything proudly printed in Australia.

If your order includes Personalit-tees or Defined, these items will arrive in a separate parcel from the rest of your order.

• Standard Shipping: Shipping contributions are based on the size and weight of your order (from $10–$20).
• Express Shipping: Shipping contributions are based on the size and weight of your order (from $15–$32).
• Shipping is automatically combined at checkout with any other items in your order, so you'll only pay the applicable shipping rate once.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items will be processed and dispatched from the launch date indicated on the product page. Once shipped, they follow the same delivery timeframes as our standard orders.
