What's the delivery time for my order?

- This is an important one. We do our best to partner with suppliers that can offer timely production and delivery times. Most orders will be delivered within a 5-12 business day timeline. Some locations will take a little longer, remember Australia is a huge country. As an indication, it took 15 business days for an order to be delivered express to Kununurra from Melbourne, which included production.
Help, I've ordered the wrong size, item, or put the wrong shipping address

- Oh no, this is a bit tricky. As the items are printed to order and managed directly by our suppliers we have a very limited time to jump in and and intercept.
- You need to let us know within 12-24 hours and we will do our very best to help. But once the order goes into production we are unable to change anything so please make sure you review your order carefully before hitting the final button.

Do you refund or exchange?

- Unfortunately due to the custom nature of the products, we are unable to refund or exchange for change of mind, incorrect size or wrong colour ordered.
- If however, the order received is incorrect, damaged or faulty please contact us immediately on hello@madeontheroad.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Depending on the fault, we have solutions that we can implement.
- Unfortunately due to the custom nature of the products, we are unable to refund or exchange for change of mind, incorrect size or wrong colour ordered.
Do you ship overseas?

- Not at the moment, but we're working on a solution that will give international shipping options at acceptable prices fo ryou.
I'm still travelling, how can I get deliveries while on the road?

- We've thought of that, and even tested it. For those still travelling or without a postage address, Australia Post has the perfect solution already set up.
- You can download the Austpost App and have your parcel sent to one of over 3,500 post offices around the country. Make sure you give yourselves a 15 business day buffer, especially to those more remote locations ... as reliable as Australia Post can be, its best to plan for unexpected hiccups.
- We've thought of that, and even tested it. For those still travelling or without a postage address, Australia Post has the perfect solution already set up.
How do I choose the right size?

- We include sizing charts in the description of each product. The easiest way is to use one of your own t-shirts that fits you well, grab a tape measure and check against our size guide.
Do you offer discounts?

Sorry no. We don’t discount, we’re not adding huge mark ups, in fact our profit margin on a Classic/Standard Tee is just $4.95. Shipping costs are passed on to you the customer direct from the supplier, so we really are not in this to make money. Yup - it's a passion project not a retirement plan!

Where are you based?

- As I write this we are still on the road travelling Australia, however, most of our products are printed and shipped from a Melbourne factory direct to you.
- Our range does extend to a few select international suppliers for those products that we just couldn't find an Australian supplier for, this will be indicated on the product page.

- If there's a print or design you love, but would like to see it on a different style, colour or product ... just send us an email and we'll do our best to accomodate you (within the limitations of our suppliers of course)

Why print on demand?

- For a couple of reasons, print on demand is better for the environment as only products that are ordered are produced. This saves stockpiling of unsold items and reduces waste.
- The second reason is we are still travelling ourselves, and don't have a home or location to hold stock. It also gives us greater flexibility to modify designs based on feedback and add new designs keeping our website fresh and interesting.

Do you do custom designs?

- Sure! We are open to discussing creating something based off a design idea you have. Perhaps you want something special for an event or group trip, or you have your own brand you'd like to wear and would like our help. Send us an email and we'll take it from there.
Do your prices include GST?

- Yes, all pricing includes GST. Shipping is calculated and added at checkout.
